Six Flags Great Discovery is an amusement park located in Wheeling, West Virginia. It is owned and operated by Six Flags.


The park first opened in 1977 under the name of "Kings Great Discovery". At the end of the 1992 season, Kings Entertainment Company sold the park to Six Flags and was renamed "Six Flags Great Discovery".
